This website is operated by CLOSET CHILDREN. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to CLOSET CHILDREN. CLOSET CHILDREN offers this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.

By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Service", "Terms"), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms apply to all users of the site.

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services.

SECTION 1 - ONLINE STORE TERMS

You represent that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction or have given us your consent to allow your minor dependents to use this site. You may not use our products for any illegal purpose or violate any laws in your jurisdiction.

SECTION 2 - GENERAL CONDITIONS

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You understand your content (excluding credit card info) may be transferred unencrypted. You agree not to reproduce, copy or exploit any portion of the Service without express written permission.

SECTION 3 - ORDER PROCESSING

Ready to ship items ship within 3–5 business days. Made-to-order and custom items follow timelines stated on product pages. We do not guarantee delivery dates unless arranged in advance.

SECTION 4 - SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We ship worldwide. We are not responsible for:

  • Transit delays

  • Customs clearance times

  • Customs duties and taxes

  • Incorrect addresses provided by customers

  • Lost or stolen parcels

SECTION 5 - RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We offer a 30-day, money-back guarantee (excluding shipping or taxes/duties). Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase in original, unworn condition. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. Refunds are issued to the original payment method or store credit.

Custom and final sale items are non-refundable/exchangeable.

SECTION 6 - PACKAGE REJECTION / RETURN TO SENDER

If your order is rejected or returned due to unpaid duties, incorrect address, or failure to collect, we will charge a reshipping fee. In the case where you decide you want to abandon the order and get a refund, we will not issue a 100% refund. Restock fees will apply as shown below:

  • Singapore orders: A $7 SGD restocking fee applies.

  • International orders: A $17 SGD (~$13 USD) fee for standard shipping or $25 SGD (~$20 USD) for expedited shipping will be deducted. If FedEx charges us for return shipping, that amount will also be deducted.

  • Customs and duties taxes will are non-refundable.

Custom and final sale items are non-refundable.

SECTION 7 - INTERNATIONAL DUTIES & TAXES

Buyers are responsible for import duties, taxes, and VAT. We are not liable for customs delays or charges.

SECTION 8 - WARRANTY & REPAIRS

Lifetime warranty is subject to case by case review. We do cover accidents however we reserve the right to refuse or charge if the extent of the repair is too large. 

Does not cover natural wear and tear, loss, or intentional damage.

SECTION 9 - CANCELLATIONS

We only accept cancellations if the order has not been made/in the process of making. Contact us ASAP for assistance. We will state when orders are non-cancellable especially if they are special pre-orders. In cases like those, no cancellations are allowed.

SECTION 10 - CUSTOM ORDERS

Custom items are final sale. No exchanges and refunds will be accepted for custom orders. You will receive photos/sketches for approval. We may share photos unless you request otherwise.

SECTION 11 - PRODUCT VARIATIONS

Handmade pieces may have slight variations in texture, size, or finish. These are not defects.

SECTION 12 - PRICING, DISCOUNTS & PROMOTIONS

We reserve the right to:

  • Change prices without notice

  • Add or remove products anytime

  • Run or end promotions at our discretion

Discounts are not applied retroactively. No price matching. Discounts cannot be combined unless stated.

SECTION 13 - OPTIONAL TOOLS

We may provide access to third-party tools over which we have no control. You acknowledge that these tools are provided "as is" and without warranties. Use is at your own risk.

SECTION 14 - THIRD-PARTY LINKS

Some content, products, and services may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content or accuracy of third-party sites and assume no liability for their materials or transactions.

SECTION 15 - USER COMMENTS, FEEDBACK AND OTHER SUBMISSIONS

If you send us creative ideas, suggestions, or other materials, you agree that we may use them without restriction. You are solely responsible for any content you submit.

SECTION 16 - PERSONAL INFORMATION

Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy.

SECTION 17 - ERRORS, INACCURACIES AND OMISSIONS

Occasionally there may be errors or omissions in product information. We reserve the right to correct any errors, change or update information, or cancel orders if needed.

SECTION 18 - PROHIBITED USES

You are prohibited from using the site for unlawful purposes, to violate intellectual property rights, upload malicious code, or interfere with the site's operation. We reserve the right to terminate use for violations.

SECTION 19 - DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES; LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Products and services are provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for damages arising from use of the service or products.

SECTION 20 - INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold CLOSET CHILDREN harmless from any claim arising out of your breach of these Terms or violation of laws or third-party rights.
