WARRANTY POLICY

We stand behind the quality of everything we make. Our jewelry is designed to last—and with proper care, it will. Here's what our warranty covers:

COVERAGE

-Lifetime coverage for all handmade pieces against defects in materials or craftsmanship (e.g. broken clasps, loose gemstones, or structural flaws).

-1-year warranty for manufactured (non-handmade) items.

Exceptions

-Damage from improper care, accidents, or normal wear and tear

-Third-party repairs or modifications

-Gold- or brass-plated items (due to natural tarnishing)

That said, if your jewelry is damaged, we’re still happy to take a look. If repair is possible, we’ll provide options—usually with a small fee or just shipping costs. In rare cases where the repair is too extensive, we reserve the right to decline or quote a larger fee.

PROOF OF PURCHASE

Please keep your order receipt or invoice. This is required to claim your warranty.

TRANSFERABILITY

The warranty is fully transferable. If your jewelry is gifted or passed on, the new owner just needs the original proof of purchase.

REPLACEMENTS

If your piece has a manufacturing defect:

-We’ll repair or replace it for free, you'll only have to cover shipping costs

-If the exact piece is no longer available, we’ll offer the closest possible replacement

-We’ll also cover shipping if the defect is reported within 3 months of purchase. After that, you’ll only cover shipping.

We reserve the right to determine what is a manufacturing defect

GOVERNING LAW

This warranty is governed by the laws of Singapore.

CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We reserve the right to update or change this warranty at any time. Any updates will not affect coverage for past purchases.
