Most items are handmade to order (with lots of love and care). Please allow 1-2 weeks for your order to be made and sent out once you have made your purchase. Ready to ship items are fulfilled in 2-3 working days.

Local Shipping

All mail comes with tracking

Closet Children is not responsible for any delays in delivery once sent. If there are any issues, we will do our best within reason to help you track your packages. Items that are lost in the mail are completely out of our control. There will be no refund issued for lost packages.

-2-3 days with Smartpac. It will go directly to your mailbox within 2-3 days of mailing out.

Shipping to Asia, US, UK, Canada and Australia:

-Standard shipping 7-10 days to reach with custom clearance

-Expedited shipping with FEDEX takes 2-5 days

Europe and other countries:

-Standard Shipping 10-14 days with customs clearance

-Expedited shipping with FEDEX takes 2-5 days

Please note that these are all estimates and we cannot be responsible for any shipment delays.

International packages may incur local taxes or custom fees which have to be paid for by the customer. Cross-border shipments are also subject to opening and inspection if needed by customs authorities. We are not responsible for any taxes or customs fees.

CHANGE OF ADDRESS

Please makes sure that the address you've given us is accurate. We will not be responsible for packages sent to the wrong address.

Changes to address before order is sent out can be made however changes after your order has been shipped will be difficult to change. Changes can be requested for expedited Fedex delivery but will not be guaranteed. If the request is rejected Fedex might dispose of the parcel in the receiving country or have it sent back to us. In the case that it is sent back to us, you will have to pay for a second shipment to your new address. You will not receive a refund for shipments that are lost or disposed of because of a wrong address. Providing the correct address is the customer's responsibility.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

Closet Children has a 30 day, 100% money back guarantee. Items have to shipped back within 30 days of purchase before a refund can be processed. We will send the refund to your original method of payment or give you store credit.

To avoid any inconvenience, visit the sizing guide to make sure you match yourself to your correct size or you can leave your own measurements if your size is not available. If unsure please email support@closetchildren.com with any questions.

Eligibility

All physical products are eligible for an exchange or refund within the 30-day period from date of purchase.

Products have to be in unworn condition and with original packaging, properly bubble wrapped to avoid damage during delivery.

If tags have been cut the product will not be eligible for returns and refunds.

We are not responsible for refunding taxes and duties as it is out of our control and the customer's responsibility. We can only refund what was paid on our website as we do not offer DDP shipping.

Exemptions

Any pieces that have been customized are not eligible for returns due to their nature. We also do not accept returns of masks for hygiene reasons and the ongoing pandemic of Covid-19.

How to proceed

Please contact support@closetchildren.com FIRST before sending off your product and state your order number and reason to arrange a return. It will take 2-5 days for us to process your request upon approval. The cost of returns back to us have to be borne by the customer and have to come with a tracking number. We are not responsible for packages lost in the mail and sent without tracking.

Customer obligation

We expect customers to act in good faith and not use our refund policy for fraudulent purposes. Everything is handmade with love and hours of dedication. We hope you can respect our efforts put into making the best product possible.
