Our jewelry pieces have 3 year warranty. Local customers can send in their pieces for repair and it will be shipped back to them FOC.

International customers can email or DM and we will discuss all possible solutions of getting the repairs done with you.


Closet Children has a 30 day, 100% money back guarantee. Items have to shipped back within 30 days of purchase before a refund can be processed. We will send the refund to your original method of payment or give you store credit.

To avoid any inconvenience, visit the sizing guide to make sure you match yourself to your correct size or you can leave your own measurements if your size is not available. If unsure please email with any questions.


All physical products are eligible for a refund within the 30-day period from date of purchase.

Products have to be in unworn condition and with original packaging, properly bubble wrapped to avoid damage during delivery.

If tags have been cut the product will not be eligible for returns and refunds.


Any pieces that have been customized are not eligible for returns due to their nature. We also do not accept returns of masks for hygiene reasons and the ongoing pandemic of Covid-19.
