Our lifetime warranty covers any defects in materials or craftsmanship for the entire lifespan of the purchased jewelry item. This includes but is not limited to issues such as loose gemstones, broken clasps, or manufacturing flaws.

Proof of Purchase

To activate the lifetime warranty, customers must retain their original proof of purchase, such as a receipt or invoice, which will be required for any warranty claims.


This lifetime warranty is fully transferable. In the event that the jewelry is gifted or sold, the warranty will remain valid for subsequent owners, provided they possess the original proof of purchase.


The warranty does not cover damage resulting from accidents, misuse, improper care, normal wear and tear, or alterations made by any party other than our authorized personnel.


If a covered defect is discovered, we will repair or replace the item at no additional cost to the customer. If the exact item is no longer available, a comparable replacement will be offered. Only international shipping costs will have to be borne by the customer.

For manufacturing defects found in the first 3 months of purchase, we provide free shipping for replacements. Outside of the 3 month mark, the shipping cost for any replacements will be borne by the customer.


Any unauthorized repairs or modifications performed by a third party will void the lifetime warranty.


Customers must notify us of any warranty claims promptly upon discovery of the defect.


This warranty is governed by the laws of Singapore, and any disputes arising from it shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the laws of Singapore.


We reserve the right to modify or terminate this lifetime warranty at any time. However, any modifications will not affect the warranty coverage for items purchased prior to the modification


Customers are responsible for properly maintaining and caring for their jewelry items in accordance with our care instructions to ensure the longevity of their pieces.
