LIFETIME WARRANTY POLICY

We stand behind the quality of every piece we create, and we want you to feel confident wearing your jewelry for years to come. Here's everything you need to know about our warranty coverage:

COVERAGE

Our lifetime warranty covers any defects in materials or craftsmanship for the entire lifespan of your handmade jewelry item. This includes, but isn’t limited to, issues like loose gemstones, broken clasps, or manufacturing flaws.

Accidents happen—and if your piece is damaged due to mishandling, improper care, or normal wear and tear, we’re happy to take a look. While these types of issues aren’t automatically covered under warranty, we do review them on a case-by-case basis. If a repair is possible, we’ll offer options and only ask that you cover the shipping costs.

For manufactured (non-handmade) items, warranty coverage is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.

PROOF OF PURCHASE

To activate your lifetime warranty, please retain your proof of purchase (such as your receipt or invoice). This will be required for any warranty claims.

TRANSFERABILITY

Your lifetime warranty is fully transferable. If your jewelry is ever gifted or passed on, the warranty remains valid for the new owner—just make sure they have access to the original proof of purchase.

EXCLUSIONS

This warranty does not cover any modifications or repairs made by third parties. It also excludes gold- or brass-plated items, as these materials naturally wear down over time and are considered part of the normal aging process.

REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT

If a covered defect is found, we will repair or replace the item at no cost to you. In cases where the original piece is no longer available, we’ll offer a comparable replacement.

We cover shipping for replacements involving manufacturing defects discovered within the first 3 months of purchase. After that period, customers are responsible for the cost of shipping.

VOIDING THE WARRANTY

Unauthorized repairs or alterations performed by anyone other than our authorized team will void the warranty.

MAKING A CLAIM

If you notice a problem with your piece, let us know as soon as possible. The earlier we hear from you, the better we can help.

GOVERNING LAW

This warranty is governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes related to the warranty will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with Singapore law.

CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We reserve the right to update or modify this warranty at any time. However, any changes will not affect the warranty coverage for items purchased before the modification.
