HOW DO I MEASURE MY NECK?

We love chokers in this house, so neck sizing is crucial for the right comfortable fit. If you've ever bought from our IRL pop ups, our standard choker size measures 34cm.

Take a measuring tape and measure the base of your neck. You can be snug with the tape as we always make sure there is some space for a comfortable fit.

What if I don't have a measuring tape?

If you don't have a measuring tape, use a piece of string or ribbon to measure and mark out where it ends. Place the string against a ruler to get your neck measurement.

Our handmade pieces in the store are hand made by me, Rachael and my team. We follow a made to order model to cater to custom sizing and to minimize wastage.

For manufactured pieces, we work with a manufacturer audited by the Responsible Jewellery Council

Each jump ring is hand woven in our studio. The necklace comes in a heart shaped tin box with a holographic logo, a black satin bag for safe keeping, and a care card printed on iridescent pearl paper.

Closet Children jewelry is made of stainless steel and anodised aluminium. These are low maintenance materials that can withstand everyday wear however, please take off jewelry before sleeping, washing the dishes, swimming etc. Keep away from perfume and harsh chemicals especially if your piece has a Swarovski crystal.

Our handmade jewelry pieces have lifetime warranty. Local customers can send in their pieces for repair or drop it off at our studio and it will be shipped back to them FOC.

Manufactured pieces have a warranty of 1 year from the order date. This warranty covers manufacturing defects. Unfortunately we are unable to repair these pieces are they are not made in-house!
